Mandate and context

In a rapidly evolving sector, the company sought to develop a strategic plan for the next five years while positioning itself for long-term growth in an industry expected to undergo major transformations over the next 5 to 10 years. Volume10 was mandated to support the organization in a strategic reflection process aimed at clarifying its positioning, strengthening its leadership, and defining a sustainable growth trajectory.

Implementation and solutions

Volume10 led a structured engagement over several months, beginning with an in-depth immersion to understand the organization’s history, culture, ambitions, and growth levers. This phase was enriched by a market and sector analysis as well as a series of interviews with key stakeholders. Several co-creation workshops were then facilitated with the organization’s leadership and internal teams, allowing for the emergence of a clear vision and concrete strategic directions for the next five years, while anchoring the company in a longer-term ambition.

Impact and outcomes

The strategic plan and new vision were presented to and approved by the Board of Directors. This structuring framework sets the stage for major initiatives, as the organization and its ecosystem enter a new phase. Internal stakeholders are fully mobilized around this roadmap, which will guide decision-making and ensure coherent deployment of priorities in the coming years.
