Moment Factory aimed to clarify, align, and articulate its corporate social responsibility (CSR) vision, both to mobilize internal teams and to take a public stance. The goal: build a strong, values-driven message to guide internal priorities and meet the expectations of partners and clients.
Implementation and solutions
Volume10 led an iterative process combining co-creation workshops, validation sessions, industry benchmarking, and strategic structuring. The work resulted in a clear, unified CSR vision embedded in the company’s 2025–2028 strategic planning. The framework is anchored in five core principles and organized into three levels - company, community, and planet - each supported by actionable priorities.
Impact and outcomes
Moment Factory now benefits from a cohesive CSR statement, a shared internal language to support decision-making, and a structured roadmap to guide future initiatives. The CSR strategy serves as a lever for employee engagement, external positioning, and project alignment.
